Turning factory visibility, AI, and production data into a smarter way to manage operations.

Ingrasys, part of Foxconn Technology Group, is a global provider of AI computing solutions and cloud infrastructure. At its AI Server Lighthouse Factory in Nanching, Ingrasys wanted to create a smarter way to monitor factory operations, connect production data, support AI analysis, and present the factory through a more immersive experience.

The Challenge: Fragmented Factory Visibility

In large manufacturing environments, traditional CCTV systems often require many fixed-view cameras to cover production lines, equipment areas, material flow, and key operation zones. Even with multiple cameras installed, managers may still need to switch between different video feeds to understand what is happening on site.

This fragmented view makes it harder to connect factory conditions with real-time production data. For smart manufacturing, teams need more than video recording. They need a clearer way to see the factory, understand the data, and manage operations remotely.

The Solution: 720° Panoramic Coverage with RX1000F

To improve visibility, Ingrasys deployed more than 20 Cupola360 RX1000F 720° panoramic cameras across the factory. With a unified panoramic spatial view, each camera can cover a wider area and provide more complete visual context.

Based on the Nanching factory deployment, Cupola360 helped reduce camera deployment by more than 60% and cut AI processing needs by over 50%. With fewer cameras and more complete visual input, the system supports both wider coverage and more efficient AI analysis.

Connecting Factory Data with Real-Time Dashboards

Beyond visual monitoring, Cupola360 also connects factory images with machine and SFC data. Production information can be displayed through dynamic real-time dashboards, allowing teams to view factory status, machine data, and spatial context together.

This helps managers make faster, more informed decisions without separating production data from the actual factory scene. Operators can also use web iframe integration to view external systems and third-party web pages directly within the Cupola360 interface, creating a more unified platform for monitoring and remote management.

Supporting Immersive Factory Tours and Remote Management

Cupola360 also enables a more immersive and interruption-free factory tour experience. Customers, partners, and visitors can explore production areas remotely without entering sensitive FAB or manufacturing zones.

Through panoramic views and multimedia content, Ingrasys can showcase its production strengths while keeping operations protected and uninterrupted. For internal teams, the same visual layer supports remote audits, site review, and factory management across different areas.

AI Detection, Zone Alerts, and Event Review

AI detection further supports daily factory management. With person detection, the system can monitor designated zones, send alerts when limits are exceeded, and notify teams again when the situation is resolved.

Operators can also move between cameras with intuitive directional controls and use an interactive mini map to understand the factory layout. For event review and AI validation, teams can replay 360° recordings with optional AI overlays to compare events, validate detection accuracy, and improve incident analysis.

An Open Platform for Smart Manufacturing

Cupola360’s open platform gives Ingrasys flexibility to configure NVR and AI settings, enable or disable features, and integrate its own or third-party AI modules.

For Ingrasys, Cupola360 is not just a camera system. It acts as a panoramic visual layer that connects factory space, AI analysis, machine data, SFC information, dashboards, remote navigation, and immersive factory management into one more intuitive experience.
